Do children under 14 need a ticket?
No. Children under 14 attend free.
Do children need a waiver?
Yes. Everyone entering the property must have a completed waiver. A parent or guardian must complete waivers for minors.
Do I need my own firearm?
No. Firearms are provided for organised activities and demonstrations.
Can I concealed carry?
Where permitted by law and event rules, yes. Personal firearms cannot be used during organised activities.
What is included with General Admission?
Access to the event grounds, demonstrations, experiences, vendors, speakers, entertainment and activities.
What is included with VIP?
Early access from 11:00 AM, coffee and pastries from Brewed Awakenings, VIP areas, hospitality and networking opportunities.
When do I receive my QR code?
After registration and waiver requirements have been completed.
Can I enter without a QR code?
No. No QR code means no entry.
What happens if my guest does not sign their waiver?
They will not receive a QR code and cannot enter.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is free.
Are tickets refundable?
No. Tickets are non-refundable. Net proceeds support Dare To Dream Ranch and event operations.
Is this family friendly?
Yes. Families and first-time attendees are welcome
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes. Food and refreshments will be available throughout the day.
Will there be vendors?
Yes. Vendors, sponsors and industry partners will be present throughout the event.
